Darkest Dreams Review
Darkest Dreamsby Jennifer St. Giles
Release Date: December 5, 2006
Darkest Dreams, the second book in the Andrews sister Trilology keeps you turning the pages with steamy seduction and chilling suspense. This sequel to Midnight Secrets is just as fast paced and is centered around Andromeda and Viscount Alexander Killdaren, Sean Killdaren's estranged twin brother. Andromeda is hopelessly drawn to Alex, but with the brothers not even speaking to each other, she never sees him. So she decides to get a job doing the one thing she knows best, cataloging the family antiques for Alex. With her special gift of thought-reading, she is determined to learn more about Alex, and she and Cassie hope to reunite the brothers, ending the Dragon's Curse that has plagued the Killdaren family for generations.
Meanwhile, new evidence is discovered. More women have fallen prey to a killer who sacrifices them to a Druid god. Alex is being framed for the murders and Andromeda goes all out to prove Alex is innocent though she can't "read" his mind like she can others. This places Andromeda in the killers way and it looks as if her darkest dreams are about to come true. She's about to be the next sacrificial victim.
Alex and Andromeda's passion is explosive. I so love these fully developed characters that I'll miss them as I anxiously await for the next book. This is one book you won't put down till it's finished!
